Springsteen fans across the world came out in force this week to see the critically acclaimed ‘SPRINGSTEEN & I’ feature film. Due to phenomenal demand and outstanding reactions from fans, Arts Alliance Media have announced the film will return to cinemas for encore screenings across Europe and the USA, with Latin America and Australasia still to run, there is one #LastChance to experience this unique movie created for the fans, by the fans on the big screen
On Monday 22nd July, the simultaneous, global cinema event across 30 markets drew sell out crowds with Global Box Office approaching $2million and with 20 territories and over 1100 screenings still to run, fans still have the chance to share the experience on the big screen together.
Over 300 hours of fan created films were sent in by over 2,000 contributors from countries around the world which were crafted together by the film’s producer Baillie Walsh to create 83 minutes of feature length music documentary – together with #StayInYourSeats 45 minutes of cinema exclusive footage including 6 exclusive tracks from legendary Hyde Park Calling 2012 concert, ‘Springsteen & I’ was born. Over 100 different fan stories & archive footage have gone into this unique music documentary celebrating the impact Bruce Springsteen has had on those who connect so profoundly with his music.

With a juggernaut career spanning five decades, the movie has been the perfect way to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Springsteen’s debut LP ‘Greetings from Asbury Park’ and 2014 marks the 30th year since the release of seminal rock and roll album ‘Born in the USA’.

‘SPRINGSTEEN & I’ was inspired by Scott Free London’s critically acclaimed feature film ‘Life in a Day’. It is produced by Ridley Scott Associates’ companies Scott Free and Black Dog Films, and directed by Baillie Walsh (best known for 2008’s ‘Flashbacks of a Fool’ starring Daniel Craig) and executive produced by Ridley Scott. Springsteen’s team has been incredibly generous with unseen archival footage and concert material.
